Representatives from the Forest Service, Tahoe Regional Planning Agency, El Dorado Tax Assessor, South Tahoe Public Utility District, Waste Management, South Lake Tahoe City and County Building Departments all made presentations about their services. This is a designation that Realtors need to renew every two years.
