Kingsbury Grade connects South Lake Tahoe to the Minden, Gardnerville valley of Nevada. The lake Tahoe Real estate area of Kingsbury is broken into three sections.

Lower Kingsbury Grade is primarily single family homes. Here you will find restaurants such as Mott’s Canyon, Mirabella and  The Red Hut. There is also medical services, banks, beauty salons, gas stations, post office, dog grooming, photographers and Scotty’s Hardware. Highway 50 is the start of Kingsbury Grade and here you will find the world class Edgewood Golf course. Home of the annual Celebrity Golf Tournament.

As you traverse up the hill you will find a mix of single family homes as well as condominiums. Some with spectacular lake views.  Tucked away in the mountain is the Chart House restaurant that provides wonderful sunset views.

At the top of Kingsbury Grade before you head down into the valley you will find endless homes, condominiums and timeshare properties such as the Ridge Tahoe.  Skiers love this area as there is access from Boulder Lodge  and Stagecoach lodge ski lifts that take you directly into Vail’s Heavenly Valley resort.
