Lakeland Village Beach & Mountain Resort, located at 3535 Lake Tahoe Blvd. in the beautiful city of South Lake Tahoe, CA, spans 19 wooded acres featuring scenic paver walking trails throughout the property. The community borders more than 1,000 feet of South Lake Tahoe’s finest sandy beach, offering an unmatched lakefront setting.

The Lakeland Village Owners Association is currently undergoing a major pier remodel, with completion scheduled for spring 2026.
